Speak no more.

STOP!!! Stop everything! Just listen. Have you ever really tried it?

I'm in my office and I hear a voice ... in my head and it says I should be working. There's rambling in the background, it's my officemate, he never shuts up, will you just shut up? I'm trying to listen and not to you. He doesn't care and he doesn't know, he can't hear me. Even if I was speaking, would he really hear me? Does anyone really here me?

Justice is fallacy. If enough people believe something to be true then it is. It doesn't matter what really happened but rather what others perceive to happen.

My computer is grumbling and I don't know why. Viruses makes computers grumble sometimes - especially spyware. Hey virus makers ... the weird and demented, the needy and deprived ... spy all you want, just don't make my computer grumble.

I wish I were away from here, in some far off land. Maybe then I would hear different things. I wonder if far off lands are so different from our lands. Maybe they're just as loud as any other. But wait, maybe salvation is not so far. I know a place, the floors are rock and the air is clean. Around it is water and nobody speaks. And at night, the birds do not chirp and the sailors have settled. There is only one voice left and it belongs to me. I wonder what I'll hear ...

I can relate to the need for the beauty of silence.

Thanks Eve. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Okay, that's just weird. How is it possible that I made a reply exactly 12 hours after you made a comment? (x-files theme playing in background)

I wish I could escape all the noise, I just want to enjoy complete silence even for 2 hours.

Good post. And those camping photos looked GREAT. You made me wanna go there. Where is that place exactly? Some directions to get there would be much appreciated.

Hi 7aki, here's a link to their website:

Click the 'contacts' tab for directions. Also, there's a number of private owners who rent cottages and the like. A quick google search will take care of that.
