Mangoes ... they're sweet, succulent and savoury ... but does anyone know how to eat them?? Seriously, it looks like I've been in a wild orgy everytime I eat one.
Please help. Your neutron.

i usually wash it and only cut it into halves then suck it dry! lol
I slice the mango in a sercile all around the middle I twist each half of the mango in a different dierction this gives me a half with the seed and a half without the seed I spoon it out with a spoon :D .
7aki is correct. my partner, roddy, grew up in mandeville, jamaica w.i. and that is the way his family would eat mangoes. that said, no matter what you do it ends up being messy ; )
Needless to say, I like ping pong. I wouldn't say I like it more than anything else - I guess it just sounds cool and makes me feel happy. Oh, and I also like cheesy keyboard smiley face expressions. They too make me happy ^__^ On a more serious note, I strive to be balanced. Sometimes it's hard to care when everything is at your fingertips. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Maybe that's why I'm here ... maybe we can all learn to care a little more by getting to know one another ...

If you freeze it a tad, the flesh might not fall apart too badly. Usually The Missus just gives up and uses the mangoes for shakes.
What a luscious photo.

cormac, mango shakes, definitely one of my favs.
eve, very luscious and vibrant too!
7aki, I'm going to try that tomorrow. I'll keep you posted!
7aki, the spoon worked great until I got to the seed. There was a whole bunch left over and stuck to it. I suppose that's normal??
Anyway, moral of the story, don't be eating mangoes in public everyone!

ps i love the image of the mango! it's beautiful.
Mandeville, Jamaica ... that's pretty much straight from the source so I guess that's just how it's done.
